Jeannie Powers

Jeannie Powers is a Managing Director at North Hudson with 19 years of energy experience spanning upstream private equity, investment banking, and petroleum engineering.

Ms. Powers serves as an independent director on the board of Gulfport Energy (NYSE: GPOR), where she chairs the Nominating & ESG Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.

Prior to joining North Hudson, Ms. Powers served as Managing Director and Head of Upstream North America at EIG Partners, where she led the firm's upstream practice including direct lending, co-investment, and equity investments. Before EIG, she advised on over $6.0 billion of upstream transactions as a senior technical advisor in A&D investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities.

Ms. Powers began her career as a petroleum engineer at Chevron, working across multiple basins throughout the Lower 48. She holds an MBA from Texas Tech University and a B.S.in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
